ANY WARRANTIES ON THE PRODUCTS SOLD HEREBY ARE THOSE MADE BY THE MANUFACTURER ONLY. KETLON’S TRUCK PARTS, INC. (KELTON’S) MAKES NO EXPRESS WARRANTY ON THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD AND KETLON’S HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MECHANTABILTY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES SOLD HEREBY.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS. NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDERS. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS. ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPAINED BY THE ORIGINAL INVOICE & IN THEIR ORGINAL CLEAN BOXES. ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING CHARGE AFTER 10 DAYS.
MISCELLANEOUS
Replaced parts will not be returned to CUSTOMER unless requested in writing by CUSTOMER at the time of repair. KELTON’S is not responsible for loss or damage to (i) my Vehicle, (ii) articles left in the Vehicle or (iii) trailers or cargo, whether such trailers are attached to or detached from the Vehicle, in case of fire, theft or any other cause beyond its control. KELTON’S is not responsible for any delays in repairs or any downtime, including without limitation delays or downtime caused by the unavailability of parts or delays in parts shipments by the supplier or transporter.
